Daniel E. Brown

Senior Vice President, International and Deepwater Operations

Mr. Brown was named Senior Vice President, International and Deepwater Operations in August 2016. He previously served as Vice President, Operations for Anadarko’s Southern and Appalachia Region. Mr. Brown has nearly 20 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry, beginning his career in 1998 with Kerr-McGee Corporation. He has since held a variety of positions within Anadarko, including Vice President, Corporate Planning, General Manager of the Maverick Basin and the company’s Freestone/Chalk area (U.S. onshore), Business Advisor for Planning and Reserves Administration in the Gulf of Mexico, and in engineering positions in both the U.S. onshore and the Gulf of Mexico.

Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a MBA from Rice University, where he was a Jones Scholar Award recipient. Mr. Brown is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and serves on the Board of Advisors at the World Affairs Council.

John M. Colglazier

Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Communications

Mr. Colglazier was named Senior Vice President of Investor Relations & Communications in February 2014. In this role, he oversees Anadarko's Investor Relations program as well as its external and internal communications departments. Mr. Colglazier began his career in 1982 with Union Pacific Corporation (UPC) as a corporate auditor and transferred to Champlin/UPR. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in accounting, planning and investor relations within UPR and Anadarko.

He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kan.

Mario M. Coll, III

Senior Vice President AND Chief Information Officer

Mr. Coll was named Senior Vice President of Information Technology Services and Chief Information Officer in May 2013. Mr. Coll possesses more than 31 years of E&P experience in domestic and international engineering and operations, strategic planning and information management.

Prior to joining the company, he served as Chief Information Officer and Vice President, Information Management for Devon Energy from 2003 to 2004, and as Vice President, Operational Planning and Chief Information Officer for Ocean Energy from 1997 to 2003. Prior to that, he worked at Mobil Oil where he held positions of increasing responsibility in engineering and operations. Mr. Coll began his professional career as a Senior Service Engineer for NL Industries, Inc.

Mr. Coll holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. He currently serves on the Interfaith of The Woodlands Board of Directors, chairs the board for the South County Clinic and is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Bradley J. Holly

Senior Vice President, U.S. ONSHORE EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION

Mr. Holly was named Senior Vice President, U.S. Onshore Exploration and Production in August 2016. He is responsible for Anadarko’s onshore upstream business. Previously, he served as Anadarko’s Senior Vice President, Operations for Anadarko’s Rocky Mountain Region. He also has served as the Vice President of Anadarko’s Southern and Appalachia Operations overseeing the company’s operating activities in Louisiana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Texas.

Mr. Holly began his career in 1994 with Amoco and joined Anadarko in 1997. During his more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Holly has held positions of increasing responsibility in onshore and offshore engineering and management. He has served as General Manager of Anadarko’s Greater Natural Buttes area in eastern Utah and the Maverick Basin, which includes the Eagleford Shale development in southern Texas. Prior to that, he served as Reserves and Planning Manager for the Southern and Appalachia region and was a reservoir engineer and development supervisor on Anadarko’s Marco Polo and K2 developments in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico.

Currently, he serves on as the Chairman of the Colorado Oil & Gas Association (COGA), the Board of Trustees for Mile High United Way, and the Industry Advisory Board for the Texas Tech Petroleum Engineering Department. He is also a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper appointed Mr. Holly to the Task Force on State and Local Regulation of Oil and Gas Operations in 2014. He currently serves as the Chairman of Protect Colorado, and he is a member of the inaugural class of the Colorado Fellows Program. Mr. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University, and he is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.

Amanda M. McMillian

Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer

Ms. McMillian was named Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer in September 2015. During her tenure at Anadarko, she also served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Western Gas Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of Anadarko and general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP (NYSE: WES), a publicly traded midstream master limited partnership, from January 2008 to August 2012. Ms. McMillian has served in positions of increasing responsibility since joining Anadarko in December 2004, including most recently as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Anadarko, Ms. McMillian practiced corporate and securities law at the law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where she represented a variety of clients in a wide range of transactional, corporate governance and securities matters.

Ms. McMillian holds a Bachelor of Arts from Southwestern University and received both a Master of Arts and a Juris Doctor from Duke University. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional. She has been active in a number of organizations including the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, National Association of Corporate Directors and the Ethics and Compliance Officer Association. She currently serves as President of the Board of Visitors of Southwestern University, immediate past President of the Board of Directors of the Houston Arboretum and Nature Center, and a member of the Advisory Board of the River Oaks Chamber Orchestra.

Donald R. Sinclair

Senior Vice President, Midstream

Donald R. Sinclair was named Senior Vice President, Midstream in April 2016. He was named a Senior Vice President in May 2013, prior to which he served as a Vice President beginning in January 2010. Mr. Sinclair has also served as President and a director of Western Gas Holdings, LLC, the general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP (NYSE: WES), since October 2009 and as Chief Executive Officer since January 2010. Mr. Sinclair has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer and as a director of Western Gas Equity Holdings, LLC, the general partner of Western Gas Equity Partners, LP (NYSE:WGP), since September 2012.

Prior to joining Anadarko, Mr. Sinclair was a founding partner and served as President of Ceritas Energy, LLC, a midstream energy company headquartered in Houston with operations in Texas, Wyoming and Utah from February 2003 to September 2009.

Mr. Sinclair has worked in the oil and natural gas industry for more than 30 years, with a focus on marketing and trading and the midstream sector. He is the Vice-Chairman of the Advisory Council for the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University and also serves on The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center Board of Visitors. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas Tech University.

Robert D. Abendschein

Vice President, Deepwater Americas Operations

Mr. Abendschein has more than 30 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. He began his career in 1984 with Anadarko and has held positions of increasing responsibility including Onshore Reservoir Engineering manager, Onshore Operations Manager, Vice President of Worldwide Deepwater Operations, Vice President, E&P Services, Vice President, Corporate Development and Vice President, E&P Services and Minerals.

Mr. Abendschein holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and is a registered professional engineer in Texas. Mr. Abendschein is Chairman of the Montgomery County United Way and serves as a board member of Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion.

Larry J. Abston

Vice President, Corporate Audit

Mr. Abston joined Anadarko in August 2008. He has more than 30 years of experience in providing business advisory, project management and auditing services to large multi-national energy companies. Mr. Abston began his career in 1983 with Price Waterhouse LLP, in Dallas. He later served two years as Manager of Accounting Policy and Research at Amoco Corporation in Chicago. In 1998, he rejoined the Houston office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he served as Managing Director of Internal Audit Services prior to joining Anadarko as Vice President, Corporate Audit.

Mr. Abston holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors. He previously served as President of the Houston Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors and as Chairman of the Internal Audit Subcommittee of the American Petroleum Institute. He currently is President of the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County.

John A. Broman

Vice President, Operations (Africa)

Mr. Broman joined Anadarko in 1984 and has since held positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, operations and management, including as General Manager of Algeria and General Manager of Coalbed Methane. Mr. Broman has worked in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado and the United Kingdom, and served as Director of Corporate Planning and Vice President, Operations (International) before assuming his current position in April 2016.

Mr. Broman holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Houston. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He serves on the External Advisory Committee for the Department of Petroleum and Geosystems Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin.

Christopher O. Champion 

Vice President, Chief Accounting officer and Controller

Mr. Champion currently serves as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller and is responsible for overseeing Anadarko's accounting functions. He has more than 22 years of experience in the accounting industry.

He joined Anadarko in 2015 from KPMG LLP, where he served as the company’s national audit leader for oil and natural gas. He began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1992.

Mr. Champion holds a bachelor's degree in business administration – accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Vice President, Corporate Communications

Mr. Christiansen was named Vice President, Corporate Communications in October 2015 and is responsible for overseeing the company’s media relations, public affairs, internal communications, external communications including the company’s website and digital communications platforms, as well as its ever-increasing Corporate Social Responsibility coordination and reporting. Mr. Christiansen has more than 12 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry, after spending the first eight years of his career in radio broadcasting. He began his career with the company in 2004, and since that time has held positions of increasing responsibility in external communications and public affairs including Specialist, Manager and Director. 

Mr. Christiansen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in broadcasting from the University of Wyoming.

Robin H. Fielder

Vice President, Investor Relations

Ms. Fielder was named Vice President, Investor Relations in September 2016. She most recently served as Midstream Corporate Planning Manager following her role as Director, Investor Relations. Ms. Fielder has nearly 15 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry, beginning her career with Anadarko in 2002. She has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility, including General Manager of East Texas and North Louisiana, Worldwide Operations Business Advisor and various exploration and operations engineering positions in both the U.S. onshore and the deepwater Gulf of Mexico.

Ms. Fielder holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. She is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Benjamin M. Fink

Vice President, Finance

Mr. Fink was named Vice President of Finance in May 2013. He has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Western Gas Holdings, LLC, the general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP (NYSE: WES) since May 2009 and as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since November 2010. Mr. Fink has served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Western Gas Equity Holdings, LLC, the general partner of Western Gas Equity Partners, LP (NYSE: WGP) since September 2012.

Mr. Fink was Director, Finance of Anadarko from April 2007 to May 2009, during which time he was responsible for principal oversight of the finance operations of an Anadarko subsidiary, Anadarko Algeria Company, LLC. From August 2006 to April 2007, Mr. Fink served as an independent financial consultant to Anadarko in its Beijing, China and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil offices. Prior to joining Anadarko, Mr. Fink held executive management positions at Prosoft Learning Corporation, including serving as its President and Chief Executive Officer, and co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Meta4 Group Limited. Previously, Mr. Fink held positions of increasing responsibility at Prudential Capital Group and Prudential Asset Management Asia, where he focused on the negotiation, structuring and execution of private debt and equity investments.

Mr. Fink holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr. Flake was named Vice President, Corporate Planning in August 2013. Prior to that he served as Director of Strategic Planning for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, responsible for long-range planning, management of the corporate financial modeling process, competitor benchmarking and intelligence, commodity markets analysis, and enterprise risk management.

Mr. Flake has more than 26 years of experience in the oil & gas and chemical industries and has worked in a variety of technical, operations, financial and planning positions in Oklahoma, Mississippi, Texas, Australia, Germany and Belgium.

Mr. Flake holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Central Oklahoma, an MBA with Finance/Economics concentration from Mississippi State University and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Houston.

Mr. Ford joined Anadarko in 2000 and has more than 30 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. He has worked in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico, the North Sea and various roles across the U.S. onshore and has held various positions within the company, including Director of Corporate Portfolio and Reserve Management, General Manager for the Wattenberg Field in Colorado and Vice President of Operations for Anadarko’s West Texas assets.

Mr. Ford is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in Texas and an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Douglas P. Hazlett

Vice President, Exploration (U.S. onshore)

Mr. Hazlett has more than 29 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. He joined Anadarko in 1984, and has held positions of increasing responsibility within international and domestic exploration, including as Chief Geoscientist and Manager of U.S. Onshore Exploration. Mr. Hazlett currently serves as Vice President of Exploration for U.S. Onshore and Alaska. He oversees exploration in multiple shale basins including the Marcellus and Eagleford plays.

Mr. Hazlett holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Virginia Tech University, and a Master of Science in Geology from the Colorado School of Mines. He is a member of American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG), the Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists and Houston Geological Society.

Mr. Kuck was named Vice President, Corporate Development in September 2016. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s global acquisitions, divestitures and business development. He joined Anadarko in 2005 as Corporate Portfolio Manager and was responsible for designing and implementing the portfolio modeling process for Anadarko. Mr. Kuck has held positions of increasing responsibility within the company, including Planning and Reserves Manager, Rockies; Subsurface Manager, Greater Green River Basin; General Manager, East Breaks Region (Gulf of Mexico); Director, Strategic Planning; and Manager, Investor Relations.

Vice President, International New Ventures

Mr. Lunn leads Anadarko's international new ventures teams. During Mr. Lunn's 26 years with Anadarko, his career has been split between international and domestic offshore projects. He began his career with Gulf Oil Company and for five years focused on the Gulf of Mexico. He continued his work in the Gulf with Anadarko, including as the Exploration Manager from 1997 to 2004. Mr. Lunn's international experience spans five continents, with a focus on exploration projects in North Africa and South America.

Mr. Lunn holds a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics from the University of Texas at El Paso. He is a registered Professional Geophysicist in Texas. He is an active member of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.

Rory S. Madden

Vice President, LNG Business Development

Rory Madden was named Vice President, LNG Business Development in August 2016. In this role, he helps to ensure that Anadarko’s proposed LNG development in Mozambique delivers the value to support continued investment.

Mr. Madden has more than 20 years of experience in the upstream exploration and production business, working in a wide variety of both technical and commercial roles. Mr. Madden spent his early career in engineering and operations in the North Sea, including five years offshore followed by a commercial role in London supporting international developments and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Madden holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh and a Master of Business Administration from Rice University where he was a recipient of a Jones Scholar Award.

Chad R. McAllaster

Vice President, Delaware Basin

Mr. McAllaster serves as Vice President, Delaware Basin. Previously, he was responsible for leading the company’s Eagleford operations.

Mr. McAllaster joined Anadarko in 1997 as a Production Engineer in Liberal, Kan., and has held a variety of positions within the company since that time, including General Manager of the company’s Rockies Coal Bed Methane Asset, General Manager of Planning for the International and Gulf of Mexico Regions, General Manager of Maverick Basin and Vice President of Operations for Maverick Basin.

Mr. McAllaster graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and from the University of Denver with a Master of Business Administration. He is a licensed professional engineer in Texas, Colorado, and Wyoming and an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

David J. McBride

Vice President, Global 

HEALTH, saFETY & 

ENVIRONMENT

Mr. McBride was named Vice President of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) in May 2013, responsible for overseeing Anadarko’s global HSE programs in more than 15 countries. Mr. McBride possesses more than 25 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. He held various HSE, regulatory and legal roles with multiple independent exploration and production companies before joining Anadarko in August 2005.

Mr. McBride received a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from Nicholls State University and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University in New Orleans. He has completed a Fellowship on Environmental Communication at Loyola University. He is currently active with the American Petroleum Institute and serves as Chair of the Health and Environment Committee. He is also a member of the Marine Preservation Association Board of Directors and a member of the Education for Tomorrow Alliance Board of Directors. He is former Chairman of Clean Gulf Associates, a non-profit industry organization formed to provide spill response capability in the Gulf. He also has served as Chairman of the Executive Committee for the Marine Well Containment Corporation, and is a former member of the Governing Board of the Center for Offshore Safety. Recently, Mr. McBride served as the Environment and Regulatory Task Group Lead for the National Petroleum Council Study.

A. Scott Moore

Vice President, Worldwide Marketing

Mr. Moore has more than 28 years of experience in marketing, trading, logistics, commodity derivatives, economics, risk management, commercial litigation, project finance and engineering in the energy industry. Since 1991, Mr. Moore has held positions of increasing responsibility at Anadarko and predecessor companies including Market Analyst, Manager of Futures Trading, Director of Portfolio Management, and General Manager of Gas Marketing. As Vice President of Marketing, he is responsible for domestic and international marketing of natural gas, crude oil, natural gas liquids and liquefied natural gas as well as commodity price risk management and market fundamentals.

Mr. Moore holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with Honors from the University of Colorado and a Master of Science in Mineral Economics from the Colorado School of Mines. He is the Assistant Chair of the Coordinating Subcommittee for the National Petroleum Council study on the Prudent Development of North American Gas and Oil Resources and is an active participant in the government affairs and technical committees of America's Natural Gas Alliance. Mr. Moore is the past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Oil and Gas Association. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Western Energy Alliance and of the Natural Gas Supply Association.

Michael C. Pearl

Vice President, Finance and treasurer

Mr. Pearl was named Vice President, Finance and Treasurer in July 2016. He previously served as Vice President, Finance beginning in May 2013, focusing on coordinating project finance activities related to Anadarko's Mozambique development. From April 2009 to April 2013, Mr. Pearl served as Corporate Controller, responsible for the company’s operational and corporate accounting function. Prior to this position, he assisted in structuring the initial public offering of Anadarko’s publicly traded subsidiary, Western Gas Partners, LP, in 2008, as well as serving as its Chief Financial Officer until April 2009. Mr. Pearl also served as Director, Corporate Tax from August 2006 to December 2008. Prior to joining Anadarko, Mr. Pearl worked for Ernst & Young LLP, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in corporate finance and accounting. 

Mr. Pearl holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting from Texas A&M University. Mr. Pearl also holds an MBA from Rice University where he was a Jones Scholar Award recipient. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Gregory M. Pensabene

Vice President, Government Relations

Mr. Pensabene oversees Anadarko's federal and state government relations programs. He joined Anadarko as Vice President, Government Relations in 1997. Based in Washington, D.C., Mr. Pensabene has extensive experience in law and public policy matters related to natural resources development. Prior to joining Anadarko, he was a partner in a Washington, D.C. based law firm.

Mr. Pensabene completed the Institute of Business Economics and Management at the University of Southern California School of Business and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association and has held positions of leadership in the Natural Resources Section of the American Bar Association. Mr. Pensabene also is a member of the Board of Directors of the U.S.-Algeria Business Council.

Ian A. Perks

Vice President, LNG Capital Project development 

Ian Perks was named Vice President, LNG Capital Project Development in August 2016. Mr. Perks has 25 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry.

He joined Anadarko from BG Group where he most recently served as the Upstream Asset Director for QGC Australia, overseeing upstream project delivery, drilling and production operations. Previously, he held positions with BG as President of BG Tunisia, Asset General Manager of North and West Africa Business Development, and Vice President of BG Trinidad and Tobago. In Trinidad, he was accountable for BG’s upstream, midstream and downstream assets including the successful start-ups of LNG Trains 1-4.

Mr. Perks holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from Loughborough University.

Vice President, Operations (Algeria)

Mr. Sanders was named Vice President of Operations for Algeria in May 2013. Previously, he served as President and General Manager of Anadarko’s subsidiary in Beijing, overseeing the company’s operations in Bohai Bay. Prior to this, he served as General Manager of Eastern Gulf of Mexico Deepwater Assets and Vice President and General Manager of Anadarko’s Texas Gulf Coast Development and Exploration.

Mr. Sanders received his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas and is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School General Manager Program. He serves as a Board of Director of the International School of Beijing, Society of Petroleum Engineers Beijing China Section and The Capital Club Petroleum Committee. As a former Eagle Scout, he is a current and active supporter of the Boy Scouts of America, and is a competitive member of the United States Tennis Association.

Jeremy M. Smith 

Vice President, Finance

Jeremy M. Smith was named Vice President, Finance in July 2016. Previously, he served as Director, Investor Relations; Director, Corporate Development; and, as Assistant Treasurer, Corporate Finance. In addition, he served as Vice President and Treasurer of Western Gas Holdings, LLC, the general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP (NYSE: WES), from August 2007 to November 2010. Prior to joining Anadarko, he served as Assistant Treasurer to Plains Exploration & Production Company (PXP) from June 2003 to June 2006 and as Assistant Treasurer of 3TEC Energy Corporation from May 2000 until its sale to PXP in June 2003.

Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Rice University, a Master of Science in accounting from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from Rice University and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Mr. Smith also serves on the board of MemberSource Credit Union and is a Jones Partner with the Jones School at Rice University.

Ms. Struble has more than 30 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. She began her career in 1982 with Anadarko, and has held positions of increasing responsibility including Chief Engineer, General Manager and Vice President of Operations. Ms. Struble currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources.

Ms. Struble holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana Tech University. She is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, and is a Board Member of the Montgomery County Food Bank and the Montgomery County Women's Center.

Shandell M. Szabo

Vice President, U.S. Onshore growth

Ms. Szabo was named Vice President, U.S. Onshore Growth in September 2016. She joined Anadarko in 2001 as an exploration geologist, working U.S. Gulf Coast Regional projects. Since then she has worked in positions of increasing responsibility throughout Anadarko's U.S. onshore portfolio and deepwater Gulf of Mexico. Her most recent positions included Regional Geoscience Manager, Gulf of Mexico, working the Lucius project; Exploration Manager, Central U.S., where she was responsible for the company’s exploration efforts in the Permian and Midcontinent basins; and Director, Investor Relations.

Ms. Szabo holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Geology from Texas Christian University. She is a registered professional geologist in the state of Texas.

Robert F. Talley

Vice President, Geoscience Technology 

Mr. Talley currently serves as Vice President of Geoscience Technology. In this capacity, he is responsible for promoting the strategic and integrated use of technology and individual technical expertise as a means to understand economic, geology and geophysical challenges to further Anadarko’s commercial successes worldwide. Since joining Anadarko in 1981, Mr. Talley has held a series of management positions in domestic and international exploration and geoscience. He previously managed various international and U.S. onshore exploration groups, including Alaska and the Canadian Frontiers, and participated in a Basin Studies group tasked with examining regional plays around the world. Prior to joining Anadarko, Mr. Talley worked for Gulf Oil Corporation (now Chevron).

Mr. Talley received a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics from Texas A&M University and was awarded a MBA in Finance from the University of Houston. Mr. Talley is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and European Association of Geophysicist and Engineers. He also is a licensed Professional Geoscientist in the state of Texas. Mr. Talley is a member of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) where he has been a SEG Foundation Board Member since 2008.

William A. Tedesco

Vice President, GULF OF MEXICO Exploration

Mr. Tedesco was named Vice President of Gulf of Mexico Exploration in April 2015. Prior to this role, he served as Exploration Manager Eastern Gulf of Mexico and Regional Studies, Investor Relations Manager, Exploration Manager East Africa, Geology and Geophysics Manager Ivorian Basin and Geologist International Exploration Brazil.

Mr. Tedesco joined Kerr-McGee in 2002 where he served as a geologist for both U.S. and international exploration projects until the acquisition of Kerr-McGee by Anadarko.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Geophysics from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, a Master of Science and Ph.D. in Geology from the University of Mississippi. Mr. Tedesco is a Registered Professional Geologist in the state of Texas and a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, Houston Geological Society and Academy of Mines and Metallurgy at Missouri S & T.

Tommy W. Thompson

Vice President, Asset Management

Mr. Thompson was named Vice President, Asset Management in September 2016. In this role, Mr. Thompson oversees Anadarko's base assets. He previously served as Vice President, Operations for the Maverick Basin and Eaglebine. Since joining Anadarko in 1981, Mr. Thompson has served in a variety of technical and operational positions including Director of Drilling and Completions for the Rockies and Director of Global Engineering Technology. His positions have spanned Anadarko’s international and U.S. onshore assets, including the Permian Basin, Alaska and the Rockies. 

Mr. Thompson holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana Tech University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and a member of the Society of Professional Engineers and the American Association of Drilling Engineers. Mr. Thompson serves on the board for Colorado Youth Outdoors.

Craig R. Walters

Vice President, DJ Basin

Mr. Walters was named Vice President, DJ Basin in November 2014. Previously, he served as General Manager of Completions in the Rockies region. Mr. Walters has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry, beginning his career in 1994 with Anadarko. He has held a variety of positions within the company, including Midstream Operations Manager, General Manager of the Greater Green River Basin, General Manager of Enhanced Oil Recovery, and various other supervisory and staff level engineering positions across multiple U.S. onshore basins.

Mr. Walters holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and is also a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Jerry L. Windlinger

Vice President

Mr. Windlinger currently serves as Vice President. He was previously Vice President of Corporate Development. In this role he was responsible for overseeing the company’s global acquisitions, divestitures and business development. He joined Anadarko in 1978, holding various technical and managerial positions in reservoir engineering, exploration, development and acquisitions. In the early 1990s, Mr. Windlinger led interdisciplinary teams that established Anadarko’s initial positions in Utah and Wyoming’s coalbed methane fields. He also led teams that played key roles in the development and growth of tight gas plays in the Bossier and Cotton Valley in Texas and Louisiana, implementation of CO2 EOR floods in Wyoming, and development of Anadarko’s shelf and deepwater assets in the Gulf of Mexico. Mr. Windlinger has directed U.S. business development for Anadarko since 2004. He possesses nearly 40 years of experience in the energy industry, working in the U.S. onshore, offshore, Alaska, Canada and international.

Mr. Windlinger earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.
