R. A. Walker
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer

 Al Walker is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. He joined Anadarko in 2005 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, later serving as President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Anadarko he has worked in the oil and gas industry, investment and commercial banking and as an institutional investor.
Mr. Walker is a Director of CenterPoint Energy, Inc. (NYSE: CNP) and BOK Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: BOKF). He is currently on the Board of Trustees for the Houston Museum of Natural Science, a member of The Business Council, Business Roundtable, All-American Wildcatters, and the Boards of Directors of the American Petroleum Institute (Executive Committee), America's Natural Gas Alliance (Executive Committee) and the Greater Houston Partnership. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tulsa.


Anthony R. Chase


 Mr. Chase is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ChaseSource, L.P., a Houston-based staffing and real estate development firm, which is ranked among the nation’s largest minority-owned companies. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ChaseCom, L.P., a global customer relationship management and staffing services company, until its sale in 2007 to AT&T. Mr. Chase also is a tenured Professor of Law at the University of Houston, where he began teaching in 1990 and was awarded tenure in 1995. He currently serves on the board of directors of Sarepta Therapeutics, Inc. and the Plaza Group. Until his election at Anadarko, he was also a director of Western Gas Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of Anadarko and general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP (NYSE: WES), a publicly traded midstream master limited partnership,where he had served since 2008. From 1999 to August 2010, Mr. Chase served as a director of Cornell Companies. From July 2004 to July 2008, he served as a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, and also served as its deputy chairman from 2006 until his departure in July 2008. Mr. Chase is also on the board of directors of the Greater Houston Partnership, and served as its chairman during 2012. He is also on the board of directors of the Houston Endowment and the Texas Medical Center, and serves on the board of trustees for St. John’s School and KIPP Schools. Mr. Chase holds Bachelor of Arts, Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor degrees from Harvard University.


Kevin P. Chilton


 General Chilton retired as Commander of the United States Strategic Command, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska in February 2011, where he was responsible for the plans and operations for all U.S. forces conducting strategic deterrence and U.S. Department of Defense space and cyberspace operations. General Chilton served in the U.S. Air Force for more than 34 years in a wide variety of assignments including pilot, test pilot, instructor and astronaut, while earning numerous major awards and decorations. General Chilton serves as a director of Orbital Sciences Corporation and Level 3 Communications, Inc. He has been a director of Anadarko since May 2011.


H. Paulett Eberhart


Ms. Eberhart is the President and Chief Executive Officer of CDI Corporation, which provides engineering and information technology/outsourcing and professional staffing services. From 2009 until January 2011, Ms. Eberhart was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HMS Ventures, a privately held business involved with technology services, and the acquisition and management of real estate. She served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Invensys Process Systems, Inc., a process automation company from January 2007 to January 2009. From 2003 until March 2004, Ms. Eberhart was President, Americas of Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS), an information technology and business process outsourcing company. From 2002 to 2003, she was Senior Vice President of EDS and President of Solutions Consulting. While at EDS she was also a member of the executive operations team and investment committee having been employed from 1978 to 2004. She is a Certified Public Accountant and also serves as a Director of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., and CDI Corporation Ms. Eberhart has been a director of Anadarko since August 2004.


Peter J. Fluor


Mr. Fluor is Chairman and CEO of Texas Crude Energy, Inc., a private, independent oil and gas exploration company. Mr. Fluor also serves as lead director of Fluor Corporation and as director of Cameron International Corporation. He is a member of the All American Wildcatters Association and the Council of Overseers of the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University. Mr. Fluor has been a director of Anadarko since August 2007.


Richard L. "Rick" George


 Mr. George was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Suncor Energy Inc., an integrated energy company, in 1991 and served as Chief Executive Officer of that company until his retirement in May 2012. In May 2013, he was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Penn West Petroleum Ltd., an exploration and production company. In 2011, Mr. George was named Canadian Energy Person of the Year by the Energy Council of Canada and was also elected to the Board of Canadian Pacific Railway. He has also served on the board of directors of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives since 2003. In 2008, he was inducted into the Canadian Petroleum Hall of Fame. Mr. George was named a member of the Order of Canada in 2007 for his leadership in the development of Canada's natural resources sector, for his efforts to provide economic opportunities to Aboriginal communities and for his commitment to sustainable development. Mr. George was named director of Anadarko in May 2012.


Preston M. "Pete" Geren III


 Mr. Geren was named President and CEO of the Sid W. Richardson Foundation in July 2011. He served as Senior Advisor to the Board of Directors of the Sid W. Richardson Foundation from April 2010 through June 2011. Mr. Geren served as Secretary of the U.S. Army from July 2007 until September 2009. He has also served as Under Secretary of the U.S. Army, Acting Secretary of the U.S. Army and Acting Secretary of the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Geren joined the Department of Defense in September of 2001 to serve as Special Assistant to the Secretary of Defense with responsibilities in the areas of inter-agency initiatives, legislative affairs and special projects. Prior to joining the Department of Defense, he was an attorney and businessman in Fort Worth, Texas. From 1989 until his retirement in 1997, Mr. Geren served four terms as a member of the U.S. Congress, representing the 12th Congressional District of Texas. In 1997, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of Union Pacific Resources Group, Inc. (UPR), where he served until Anadarko acquired UPR in 2000. Mr. Geren then served as a director of Anadarko from July 2000 until his resignation in July 2005 to accept an appointment as Acting Secretary of the U.S. Air Force. He is a director of Texas Capital BancShares Inc. and in April 2013 he was appointed to the Oversight Committee of the Cancer Prevention & Research Institute of Texas. Mr. Geren has been a director of Anadarko since October 2009.


Charles W. "Chip" Goodyear


 Mr. Goodyear was appointed non-executive Chairman of the Board of Metallum Holding S.A., a non-ferrous metals recycling and processing company headquartered in Luxembourg, in January 2014. He has served as Chief Executive Designate of Temasek Holdings (Pte), LTD, an Asian investment company wholly owned by the Singapore Ministry of Finance, from February 2009 until August 2009. From 1999 to January 2008, Mr. Goodyear served in numerous leadership roles at BHP Billiton, the world's largest diversified natural resource company, including as its Chief Executive Officer from 2003 to 2007 after having served as its Chief Development Officer and Chief Financial Officer beginning in 1999. Mr. Goodyear has been a director of Anadarko since March 2012.


John R. Gordon


Mr. Gordon is Senior Managing Director of Deltec Asset Management LLC, an investment firm located in New York, New York. He was President of Deltec Securities Corporation from 1988 until it was converted into Deltec Asset Management LLC. Mr. Gordon has been a director of Anadarko since April 1988.


Eric D. Mullins


 Mr. Mullins has served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of LRE GP, LLC, the general partner of LRR Energy, L.P., a company which operates, acquires, exploits and develops producing oil and natural gas properties, since May 2011. He also serves as the Managing Director and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Lime Rock Resources, a company that he co-founded in 2005, which acquires, operates and improves lower-risk oil and natural gas properties. Prior to co-founding Lime Rock Resources, Mr. Mullins served as a Managing Director in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs where he led numerous financing, structuring and strategic advisory transactions in the division's natural resources group. Mr. Mullins was named director of Anadarko in May 2012.


Paula Rosput Reynolds


 Ms. Reynolds has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of PreferWest, LLC, a business advisory group since October 2009. She served as Vice Chairman and Chief Restructuring Officer of American International Group Inc., an insurance and financial services company, from October 2007 to September 2009. Prior to her appointment to that position in October 2008, she served as President and CEO of Safeco Corporation, a property and casualty insurance company located in Seattle, Washington, from January 2006 until its acquisition by Liberty Mutual Group in September 2008. Prior to joining Safeco, she served as Chairman, President and CEO of AGL Resources Inc., a regional energy services holding company. Ms. Reynolds also previously served as President and CEO of Houston-based Duke Energy North America, a subsidiary of Duke Energy, which operated power-generating facilities across the U. S., and as Senior Vice President of Pacific Gas Transmission Company, which owned and operated a major natural gas pipeline in the Pacific Northwest. She is a director of BAE Systems PLC, Delta Air Lines, Inc. and TransCanada Corporation. Ms. Reynolds has been a director of Anadarko since August 2007.
