John M. Colglazier
Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Communications

Mr. Colglazier was named Senior Vice President of Investor Relations & Communications in February 2014. In this role, he oversees Anadarko's Investor Relations program as well as its external and internal communications departments. Mr. Colglazier began his career in 1982 with Union Pacific Corporation (UPC) as a corporate auditor and transferred to Champlin/UPR. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in accounting, planning and investor relations within UPR and Anadarko. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kan.


Mario M. Coll, III
Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Mr. Coll was named Senior Vice President of Information Technology Services and Chief Information Officer in May 2013. Mr. Coll possesses more than 31 years of E&P experience in domestic and international engineering and operations, strategic planning and information management. Prior to joining the company, he served as Chief Information Officer and Vice President, Information Management for Devon Energy from 2003 to 2004, and as Vice President, Operational Planning and Chief Information Officer for Ocean Energy from 1997 to 2003. Prior to that, he worked at Mobil Oil where he held positions of increasing responsibility in engineering and operations. Mr. Coll began his professional career as a Senior Service Engineer for NL Industries, Inc. Mr. Coll holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. He currently serves on the Interfaith of The Woodlands Board of Directors, chairs the board for the South County Clinic and is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.


M. Cathy Douglas
Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller

Ms. Douglas currently serves as Chief Accounting Officer and Controller and is responsible for overseeing Anadarko's accounting functions. She has more than 31 years of experience in accounting policy, financial reporting, internal controls and risk accounting. She began her career in 1979 with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, and has held positions of increasing responsibility including Controller, Assistant Controller, Corporate Accounting Manager, and Financial Reporting. Ms. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas State Board of Public Accountants and the Financial Executives Institute.


Darrell E. Hollek
Senior Vice President, Operations (Deepwater Americas)

Mr. Hollek began his career in 1980 with Kerr-McGee Corporation as a field engineer in Morgan City, Louisiana, and has held positions of increasing responsibility including Vice President of Gulf of Mexico Operations and Global Deepwater Drilling, Vice President of Offshore Operations and Shelf Assets, Vice President of Gulf of Mexico and Worldwide Deepwater Operations, Vice President of U.S. Onshore Exploration, Production and Development, Vice President of Gulf of Mexico Exploration, Production and Development and Vice President of Environment, Health, Safety and Regulatory. Currently, Mr. Hollek is responsible for overseeing all of Anadarko's producing assets, operations and development activities in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a member of the American Petroleum Institute and the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He also serves on the board of The Offshore Energy Center and the National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA) and on the CEO Council for the Gulf of Mexico Foundation.


Brad Holly
Senior Vice President, Operations (Rockies)

Mr. Holly was named Vice President of Anadarko’s Rockies operations in May 2013. Previously, he served as Vice President of Southern and Appalachia operations beginning July 2012. Prior to that, he served as General Manager of the Greater Natural Buttes and General Manager of the Maverick Basin. Mr. Holly has more than 17 years of experience in oil and natural gas exploration and production, having begun his career with Amoco in 1994. Since joining Anadarko in 1997, he has held positions of increasing responsibility in onshore and offshore engineering and management, including Reserves and Planning Manager for the Southern and Appalachia region, and as a reservoir engineer and development supervisor for Anadarko's Marco Polo and K2 developments in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico.
Mr. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University. He serves on the Industry Advisory Board for the Texas Tech Petroleum Engineering Department and also is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.


Ernest A. Leyendecker
Senior Vice President, Exploration (Gulf of Mexico)

Mr. Leyendecker was named Senior Vice President of Gulf of Mexico Exploration in February 2014. In this role, he is responsible Anadarko’s Gulf of Mexico exploration activities. Mr. Leyendecker began his career in 1982 with Marathon Oil Company, serving in various domestic and international roles including drilling, completions and reservoir engineering before joining Enterprise Oil in a leadership position in their Gulf of Mexico operations. After the acquisition of Enterprise Oil by Royal Dutch Shell plc, Mr. Leyendecker joined Kerr-McGee Corporation in 2002 and served as Exploration Manager for the shelf and deepwater Gulf of Mexico until the acquisition of Kerr-McGee by Anadarko. Since 2006, Mr. Leyendecker has held positions of increasing responsibility at Anadarko, including, General Manager for Worldwide Exploration Engineering, Planning and International Negotiations, Vice President of Corporate Planning and Vice President Gulf of Mexico Exploration.


Frank J. Patterson
Senior Vice President, Exploration (International)

Mr. Patterson began his career in the oil and gas industry as a development geologist in 1982 with Sun Oil Company. During his career, he has led numerous successful deepwater Gulf of Mexico exploration discoveries that have resulted in large offshore developments at the Nansen, Boomvang, Gunnison, Constitution and Caesar fields. Mr. Patterson is currently the Vice President of International Exploration for Anadarko. In this role he has managed Anadarko’s role in world-class discoveries in West Africa, Indonesia, Brazil and Mozambique. Among the more notable deepwater discoveries are the Jubilee field in Ghana and the initiation of the Cretaceous Fan play in the Ivorian and Liberian basins. In Mozambique, Anadarko’s exploration program opened a new natural gas play offshore Mozambique with three major discoveries at Windjammer, Barquentine, Logasta, Golfinho and Atum. Mr. Patterson holds a degree in geology from the University of Oklahoma. He is a Certified Petroleum Geologist and a member of the AAPG, as well as the Houston Geological Society and SPE.


Albert L. Richey
Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasurer

Mr. Richey currently serves as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer.  He joined Anadarko in 1987 and has previously served as Vice President and Treasurer, Vice President of Corporate Development and Vice President of Special Projects. Prior to joining Anadarko, Mr. Richey held positions in corporate planning, finance and treasury with the Offshore Company, a predecessor to Transocean, United Energy Resources and Sandefer Oil & Gas Company.
Mr. Richey holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a MBA from the University of Virginia. He serves on the Boards of Directors of Kayne Anderson Energy Development Company, Kayne Anderson Midstream/Energy Fund, Inc., the Sam Houston Area Council Boy Scouts of America, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston and the Boys & Girls Club Houston Foundation.


Donald R. Sinclair
Senior Vice President

Mr. Sinclair serves as Senior Vice President and since October 2009, has also served as President and CEO of Western Gas Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of Anadarko, which is the general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP, a publicly traded midstream master limited partnership. He has also served as a director and as President and CEO of Western Gas Equity Holdings, LLC, the general partner of Western Gas Equity Partners, LP, since September 2012. Prior to joining Anadarko, Mr. Sinclair was a founding partner and served as President of Ceritas Energy, LLC, a midstream energy company headquartered in Houston with operations in Texas, Wyoming and Utah. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sinclair was President of Duke Energy Trading and Marketing LLC, one of the nation's largest marketers of natural gas and wholesale electric power, and served as Chairman of the Energy Risk Committee for Duke Energy Corporation. Prior to joining Duke, Mr. Sinclair served as Senior Vice President of Tenneco Energy and as President of Tenneco Energy Resources. Previously, as one of the original principals and officers at Dynegy (formerly NGC Corporation), he served for eight years in various officer positions, including Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. Mr. Sinclair earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University.


Robert D. Abendschein
Vice President, E&P Services and Minerals

Mr. Abendschein has more than 30 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. He began his career in 1984 with Anadarko and has held positions of increasing responsibility including Onshore Reservoir Engineering manager, Onshore Operations Manager, Vice President of Worldwide Deepwater Operations, Vice President, E&P Services amd Vice President, Corporate Development. Mr. Abendschein currently serves as Vice President, E&P Services and Minerals and is responsible for overseeing the company's E&P services and minerals organization. Mr. Abendschein holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and is a registered professional engineer in Texas. Mr. Abendschein is Chairman of the Montgomery County United Way and serves as a board member of Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion.


Larry J. Abston
Vice President, Corporate Audit

Mr. Abston joined Anadarko in August 2008. He has 30 years of experience in providing business advisory, project management and auditing services to large multi-national energy companies. Mr. Abston began his career in 1983 with Price Waterhouse LLP, in Dallas. He later served two years as Manager of Accounting Policy and Research at Amoco Corporation in Chicago. In 1998, he rejoined the Houston office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he served as Managing Director of Internal Audit Services prior to joining Anadarko as Vice President, Corporate Audit. Mr. Abston holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Executives International and the Institute of Internal Auditors. He previously served as President of the Houston Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors and as Chairman of the Internal Audit Subcommittee of the American Petroleum Institute. He currently is President of the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County.


Stephen J. (Steve) Bosworth
Vice President, Worldwide Drilling

Mr. Bosworth was named Vice President of Worldwide Drilling in May 2013. Mr. Bosworth has more than 35 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry, beginning his career with Champlin Petroleum Company in 1978 and later, Union Pacific Resources. Since joining Anadarko in 2000, Mr. Bosworth has held multiple positions managing drilling operations for the U.S. onshore, Gulf of Mexico and as Manager, and successively as Director, of Worldwide Drilling.
Mr. Bosworth received a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&I University in Kingsville, Texas. He is a member of the International Association of Drilling Contractors, American Association of Drilling Engineers and Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mr. Bosworth is active in career development and mentoring of operations engineers and in promoting drilling ambassadorship.


John A. Broman
Vice President, Operations (Africa/Asia)

Mr. Broman joined Anadarko in 1984 and has since held positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, operations and management, including as General Manager of Algeria and General Manager of Coalbed Methane. Mr. Broman has worked in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado and the United Kingdom, and served as Director of Corporate Planning before assuming his current position in July 2012.
Mr. Broman holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Houston. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He serves on the External Advisory Committee for the Department of Petroleum and Geosystems Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin.


Daniel E. (Danny) Brown
Vice President, Operations (Southern and Appalachia)

Mr. Brown was named Vice President of Southern and Appalachia operations in August 2013. He previously served as General Manager of Anadarko’s Maverick Basin, overseeing the company’s Eagleford Shale development. Mr. Brown has more than 15 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry, beginning his career in 1998 with Kerr-McGee Corporation. He has since held a variety of positions within Anadarko’s deepwater Gulf of Mexico and U.S. onshore operations, including as General Manager of the Freestone/Chalk area (U.S. onshore), Business Advisor for Planning and Reserves Administration in the Gulf of Mexico, and in engineering positions in both the U.S. onshore and the Gulf of Mexico.
Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a MBA from Rice University, where he was a Jones Scholar Award recipient. Mr. Brown is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and is also a member of the World Affairs Council.


Joseph F. Carroll
Vice President, Negotiations & Transactions

Mr. Carroll was named Vice President of Negotiations and Transactions in March 2014 with responsibility for overseeing and negotiating the company’s acquisitions and divestitures and other key issues impacting the company. He previously served as Vice President, Transactions. Mr. Carroll has more than 30 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. Since joining UPR in 1981, and subsequently Anadarko, he has held positions of increasing responsibility within land and corporate development, including as Manager of Land and Negotiations, and Director of Transactions. Mr. Carroll holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of Connecticut and a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.


Ian J. Cooling
Vice President, Business Development (International)

Mr. Cooling was named Vice President of Business Development for Anadarko’s international assets in May 2013. Mr. Cooling joined Anadarko in 2004 and has since been responsible for business development and business growth for the company’s worldwide activity. In 2010, he was named Executive Vice President of Anadarko International Energy Company, also serving as Director of Anadarko’s Global Advisory Board. Mr. Cooling has more than 40 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry, working with United Meridian, Ocean Energy and Devon Energy on projects in the U.S. onshore, North Sea and East and West Africa.


Jacqui Dimpel, P.E.
Vice President, Midstream

Ms. Dimpel was named Vice President of Midstream in December 2013. Since joining Anadarko in 2006, Ms. Dimpel has served in a variety of technical, operational, and planning positions including Business Advisor for U.S. Onshore Operations and Midstream Operations Manager for the Southern and Appalachia regions. Prior to joining Anadarko, Ms. Dimpel served in engineering roles of increasing responsibility with ExxonMobil. Ms. Dimpel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Notre Dame where she was accepted into Tau Beta Pi and Pi Tau Sigma Engineering Honor Societies. She is a professional licensed Mechanical Engineer in California and Texas and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Ms. Dimpel serves on the Board of Directors of Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council.


Benjamin M. Fink
Vice President, Finance

Mr. Fink was named Vice President of Finance in May 2013. He has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP since May 2009 and as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since November 2010. Mr. Fink has served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the general partner of Western Gas Equity Partners, LP since September 2012.
Mr. Fink was Director, Finance of Anadarko from April 2007 to May 2009, during which time he was responsible for principal oversight of the finance operations of an Anadarko subsidiary, Anadarko Algeria Company, LLC. From August 2006 to April 2007, Mr. Fink served as an independent financial consultant to Anadarko in its Beijing, China and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil offices. Prior to joining Anadarko, Mr. Fink held executive management positions at Prosoft Learning Corporation, including serving as its President and Chief Executive Officer, and co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Meta4 Group Limited. Previously, Mr. Fink held positions of increasing responsibility at Prudential Capital Group and Prudential Asset Management Asia, where he focused on the negotiation, structuring and execution of private debt and equity investments.
Mr. Fink holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.


Joseph A. (Joe) Flake
Vice President, Corporate Planning

Mr. Flake was named Vice President, Corporate Planning in August 2013. Prior to that he served as Director of Strategic Planning for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, responsible for long-range planning, management of the corporate financial modeling process, competitor benchmarking and intelligence, commodity markets analysis, and enterprise risk management.
Mr. Flake has more than 26 years of experience in the oil & gas and chemical industries and has worked in a variety of technical, operations, financial and planning positions in Oklahoma, Mississippi, Texas, Australia, Germany and Belgium.
Mr. Flake holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Central Oklahoma, an MBA with Finance/Economics concentration from Mississippi State University and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Houston.


John Ford
Vice President, Operations West Texas

Mr. Ford was named Vice President of Operations for Anadarko’s West Texas assets in November 2014.
Mr. Ford joined Anadarko in 2000 and has more than 30 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. He has worked in the Deep Water Gulf of Mexico, the North Sea and various roles across the U.S. onshore and has held various positions within the company, including Director of Corporate Portfolio and Reserve Management and General Manager for the Wattenberg Field in Colorado.
Mr. Ford is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in Texas and an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.


Douglas P. Hazlett
Vice President, Exploration

Mr. Hazlett has more than 29 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. He joined Anadarko in 1984, and has held positions of increasing responsibility within international and domestic exploration, including as Chief Geoscientist and Manager of U.S. Onshore Exploration. Mr. Hazlett currently serves as Vice President of Exploration for U.S. Onshore and Alaska. He oversees exploration in multiple shale basins including the Marcellus and Eagleford plays. Mr. Hazlett holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Virginia Tech University, and a Master of Science in Geology from the Colorado School of Mines. He is a member of American Association of Petroleum Geologists(AAPG), the Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists and Houston Geological Society.


Greg Jewell
Vice President, Exploration (West Africa)

Mr. Jewell was named Vice President of International Exploration in May 2013, with responsibility for Anadarko’s exploration efforts along the Atlantic Margin. Mr. Jewell has more than 29 years of experience in oil and natural gas exploration and production. He began his career as a geologist in 1984 with then DeltaUS and subsequently, Kerr-McGee Corporation. During his career, he has worked in a number of domestic and international roles, including in Frontier Basin and North Sea exploration, as Exploration Manager for China, Director of Exploration for International Onshore and Shelf, Exploration Manager for U.S. Onshore, and Director of Gulf of Mexico Exploration. During that time period, Mr. Jewell was involved in both exploration for and appraisal of multiple discoveries in the North Sea, China, Indonesia and the U.S. Onshore. Since 2006, Mr. Jewell has managed Anadarko’s exploration efforts in West Africa where the company was involved in a number of discoveries along the transform margin, including Jubilee, Tweneboa, Owo, Ntomme and Teak offshore Ghana. He also managed the company’s recent expansion into South Africa.
Mr. Jewell received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Geology from West Virginia University. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.


Robert J. Lunn
Vice President, International New Ventures

Mr. Lunn leads Anadarko's international new ventures teams. During Mr. Lunn's 26 years with Anadarko, his career has been split between international and domestic offshore projects. Bob began his career with Gulf Oil Company and for five years focused on the Gulf of Mexico. He continued his work in the Gulf with Anadarko, including as the Exploration Manager from 1997 to 2004. Mr. Lunn's international experience spans five continents, with a focus on exploration projects in North Africa and South America. Mr. Lunn holds a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics from the University of Texas at El Paso. He is a registered Professional Geophysicist in Texas. He is an active member of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.


Donald H. MacLiver
Vice President, Operations (Mozambique)

Mr. MacLiver joined Anadarko in 1996 as Production Manager of Anadarko Algeria Company and has held positions of increasing responsibility in Algeria and internationally since that time. Mr. MacLiver currently oversees the company's Mozambique operations. Prior to joining Anadarko, Mr. MacLiver spent 14 years with Amoco in the U.K. and U.S. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Leeds University in the U.K.


Chad McAllaster
Vice President, Operations Maverick

Mr. McAllaster was named Vice President of Operations for Anadarko’s Maverick Basin in November 2014. He is responsible for leading the company’s Eagleford operations.
Mr. McAllaster joined Anadarko in 1997 as a Production Engineer in Liberal, Kan., and has held a variety of positions within the company since that time, including General Manager of the company’s Rockies Coal Bed Methane Asset, General Manager of Planning for the International and Gulf of Mexico Regions and General Manager of Maverick Basin.
Mr. McAllaster graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and from the University of Denver with a Master of Business Administration. He is a licensed professional engineer in Texas, Colorado, and Wyoming and an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.


David J. McBride
Vice President, Environmental, Health and Safety

Mr. McBride was named Vice President of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) in May 2013, responsible for overseeing Anadarko’s global EHS programs in more than 15 countries. Mr. McBride possesses more than 25 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. He held various EHS, regulatory and legal roles with multiple independent exploration and production companies before joining Anadarko in August 2005.
Mr. McBride received a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from Nicholls State University and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University in New Orleans. He is a registered Environmental Manager and has completed a Fellowship on Environmental Communication at Loyola University. He is active with the American Petroleum Institute and has served as Chair of the Subcommittee on Environmental and Health Law. He is former Chairman of Clean Gulf Associates, the non-profit industry organization formed to provide spill response capability in the Gulf, and currently sits on its Executive Committee. He is also a Board member of the Gulf of Mexico Foundation, Chairman of the Executive Committee for the Marine Well Containment Corporation, and a member of the Governing Board of the Center for Offshore Safety. Most recently, Mr. McBride served as the Environment and Regulatory Task Group Lead for the National Petroleum Council Study.


Kurt P. McCaslin
Vice President, Project Management (U.S. Onshore)

Mr. McCaslin was named Vice President of Project Management for Anadarko’s U.S. onshore assets in May 2013. Prior to being named to his current position, he was serving as President of Anadarko’s Algerian subsidiary where he managed a ~300,000 gross barrel-per-day operation and development of the El Merk Mega Project. Mr. McCaslin has more than 30 years of experience in oil and natural gas exploration and production with Anadarko and its predecessor companies. In that time he has held a series of management positions, including as Environmental, Health and Safety Manager, Worldwide Drilling Manager, Corporate Reserves Manager, Director of Technology and President of Anadarko’s subsidiary in Brazil.
Mr. McCaslin earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.


Amanda M. McMillian
Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer

Ms. McMillian has served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer since May 2013. She also served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Western Gas Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of Anadarko and general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP (NYSE: WES), a publicly traded midstream master limited partnership, from January 2008 to August 2012. Ms. McMillian has served in positions of increasing responsibility since joining Anadarko in December 2004, including most recently as Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Anadarko, Ms. McMillian practiced corporate and securities law at the law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where she represented a variety of clients in a wide range of transactional, corporate governance and securities matters.
Ms. McMillian holds a Bachelor of Arts from Southwestern University and received both a Master of Arts and a Juris Doctorate from Duke University. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional. She has been active in a number of organizations including the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, National Association of Corporate Directors and the Ethics and Compliance Officer Association. She currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center, and also serves on the Board of Visitors of Southwestern University and the Advisory Board of the River Oaks Chamber Orchestra.


A. Scott Moore
Vice President, Worldwide Marketing

Mr. Moore has more than 28 years of experience in marketing, trading, logistics, commodity derivatives, economics, risk management, commercial litigation, project finance and engineering in the energy industry. Since 1991, Mr. Moore has held positions of increasing responsibility at Anadarko and predecessor companies including Market Analyst, Manager of Futures Trading, Director of Portfolio Management, and General Manager of Gas Marketing. As Vice President of Marketing, he is responsible for domestic and international marketing of natural gas, crude oil, natural gas liquids and liquified natural gas as well as commodity price risk management and market fundamentals. Mr. Moore holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with Honors from the University of Colorado and a Master of Science in Mineral Economics from the Colorado School of Mines. He is the Assistant Chair of the Coordinating Subcommittee for the National Petroleum Council study on the Prudent Development of North American Gas and Oil Resources and is an active participant in the government affairs and technical committees of America's Natural Gas Alliance. Mr. Moore is the past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Oil and Gas Association. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Western Energy Alliance and of the Natural Gas Supply Association.


Michael C. (Mike) Pearl
Vice President, Finance

Mr. Pearl was named Vice President of Finance in May 2013. He previously served as Director of Finance, focusing on coordinating project finance activities related to Anadarko's Mozambique development. From April 2009 to April 2013, Mr. Pearl served as Corporate Controller, responsible for the company’s operational and corporate accounting function. Prior to this position, he assisted in structuring the initial public offering of Anadarko’s publicly traded subsidiary, Western Gas Partners, LP, in 2008, as well as serving as its Chief Financial Officer until April 2009. Mr. Pearl also served as Director, Corporate Tax from August 2006 to December 2008. Prior to joining Anadarko, Mr. Pearl worked for Ernst & Young LLP, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in corporate finance and accounting.
Mr. Pearl holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting from Texas A&M University. Mr. Pearl also holds an MBA from Rice University where he was a Jones Scholar Award recipient. He is a Certified Public Accountant.


Gregory M. Pensabene
Vice President, Government Relations

Mr. Pensabene oversees Anadarko's federal and state government relations programs. He joined Anadarko as Vice President, Government Relations in 1997. Based in Washington, D.C., Mr. Pensabene has extensive experience in law and public policy matters related to natural resources development. Prior to joining Anadarko, he was a partner in a Washington, D.C. based law firm. Mr. Pensabene completed the Institute of Business Economics and Management at the University of Southern California School of Business and received his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law. Mr. Pensabene also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association and has held positions of leadership in the Natural Resources Section of the American Bar Association. Mr. Pensabene also is a member of the Board of Directors of the U.S.-Algeria Business Council.


L. Allen Sanders
Vice President, Operations (Algeria)

Mr. Sanders was named Vice President of Operations for Algeria in May 2013. Previously, he served as President and General Manager of Anadarko’s subsidiary in Beijing, overseeing the company’s operations in the South China Sea. Prior to this, he served as General Manager of Eastern Gulf of Mexico Deepwater Assets and Vice President and General Manager of Anadarko’s Texas Gulf Coast Development and Exploration.
Mr. Sanders received his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas and is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School General Manager Program. He serves as a Board of Director of the International School of Beijing, Society of Petroleum Engineers Beijing China Section and The Capital Club Petroleum Committee. As a former Eagle Scout, he is a current and active supporter of the Boy Scouts of America, and is a competitive member of the United States Tennis Association.


Julia A. Struble
Vice President, Human Resources

Ms. Struble has 31 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. She began her career in 1982 with Anadarko, and has held positions of increasing responsibility including Chief Engineer, General Manager and Vice President of Operations. Ms. Struble currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Struble holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana Tech University. She is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, and is a Board Member of the Montgomery County Food Bank and the Montgomery County Women's Center.


Robert F. Talley
Vice President Geoscience Technology & Risk Consistency Team

Mr. Talley was named Vice President of Geoscience Technology and Risk Consistency Team in May 2013. In this capacity, he is responsible for promoting the strategic and integrated use of technology and individual technical expertise as a means to understand economic, geology and geophysical challenges to further Anadarko’s commercial successes worldwide. Since joining Anadarko in 1981, Mr. Talley has held a series of management positions in domestic and international exploration and geoscience. He previously managed various international and U.S. onshore exploration groups, including Alaska and the Canadian Frontiers, and participated in a Basin Studies group tasked with examining regional plays around the world. Prior to joining Anadarko, Mr. Talley worked for Gulf Oil Corporation (now Chevron).
Mr. Talley received a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics from Texas A&M University and was awarded a MBA in Finance from the University of Houston. Mr. Talley is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and European Association of Geophysicist and Engineers. He also is a licensed Professional Geoscientist in the state of Texas. Mr. Talley is a member of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) where he has been a SEG Foundation Board Member since 2008.


R. Don Vardeman
Vice President, Worldwide Project Management

Mr. Vardeman has more than 38 years of experience in exploration and production, beginning his career with Amoco in 1975. He held positions of increasing responsibility in facilities engineering with Sun Exploration and Production Company, predecessor of Oryx Energy Company, where he was engineering manager for projects such as the Neptune spar. Following Oryx Energy Company's merger with Kerr-McGee Corporation, Mr. Vardeman was promoted to Vice President of Marine Facilities Engineering, where he led the execution of deepwater developments including the Nansen, Boomvang, Red Hawk, Gunnison and Constitution spars and Independence Hub production facility. These projects include three successive generations of spar technology for deepwater developments. Mr. Vardeman was named Anadarko's Vice President of Worldwide Project Management in December 2011 to oversee execution of the company's major projects in Algeria, Mozambique, the Gulf of Mexico and the U.S. onshore.
In November 2005, Mr. Vardeman was awarded the Citation of Commander of the Order of the Lion of Finland by the President of Finland for meritorious service to the maritime industry of Finland, where most of the industry's spar projects have been built. In 2009, he received the Achievement Award from the Engineering and Construction Contracting Association. Mr. Vardeman holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Currently, he serves on the Engineering Advisory Council at Texas A&M University and has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Offshore Technology Conference.


Craig Walters
Vice President, Operations Wattenberg

Mr. Walters was named Vice President of Wattenberg operations in November 2014. Previously, he served as General Manager of Completions in the Rockies region. Mr. Walters has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry, beginning his career in 1994 with Anadarko. He has held a variety of positions within the company, including Midstream Operations Manager, General Manager of the Greater Green River Basin, General Manager of Enhanced Oil Recovery, and various other supervisory and staff level engineering positions across multiple U.S.-onshore basins.
Mr. Walters holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and is also a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.


Jerry L. Windlinger
Vice President, Corporate Development

Mr. Windlinger was named Vice President of Corporate Development in March 2014. In this role he is responsible for overseeing the company’s global acquisitions, divestitures and business development. He joined Anadarko in 1978, holding various technical and managerial positions in reservoir engineering, exploration, development and acquisitions. In the early 1990s, Mr. Windlinger led interdisciplinary teams that established Anadarko’s initial positions in Utah and Wyoming’s coalbed methane fields. He also led teams that played key roles in the development and growth of tight gas plays in the Bossier and Cotton Valley in Texas and Louisiana, implementation of CO2 EOR floods in Wyoming, and development of Anadarko’s shelf and deep-water assets in the Gulf of Mexico. Mr. Windlinger has directed U.S. business development for Anadarko since 2004. He possesses nearly 40 years of experience in the energy industry, working in the U.S. onshore, offshore, Alaska, Canada and international. Mr. Windlinger earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.


Edward L. (Hank) Wood
Vice President, Land (U.S. Onshore)

Mr. Wood was named Vice President of Land for Anadarko’s U.S. onshore in May 2013. Mr. Wood has more than 35 years of experience in land management, beginning his career as a Landman with El Paso Natural Gas Company in 1975. Before joining Anadarko as General Manager of Land in December 2005, Mr. Wood held positions of increasing responsibility with multiple independent exploration and production companies, including as Vice President of Land for Ocean Energy.
Mr. Wood received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from New Mexico State University. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion.
