As an intern, you work directly with full-time ITS employees on projects and challenges critical to the company’s success. These analysts, developers and other staff members help you gain confidence and develop your career. As a new employee, you receive on-the-job training and gain proficiency through a variety of work, and technical training is also provided as you begin new projects. Your first assignment will focus on technical mastery, project-team skills, business understanding and building user relationships. As you gain more work experience, you can choose a specialty that emphasizes technical expertise or a management path that emphasizes leadership and communication skills along with planning and implementation of complex projects.
