Discover how Anadarko’s working environment enhances our intern program. Large technical corporations can sometimes feel impersonal and intimidating, but here at Anadarko, interns are integrated into existing teams and employee groups.

As an intern, you work directly with full-time ITS employees on projects and challenges critical to the company’s success. These analysts, developers and other staff members help you gain confidence and develop your career. It’s the perfect opportunity to increase your knowledge and improve the technical skills that will allow you to excel in any business arena. At Anadarko, you’ll gain real experience and discover your potential.

As a new employee, you receive on-the-job training and gain proficiency through a variety of work, and technical training is also provided as you begin new projects. Your first assignment will focus on technical mastery, project-team skills, business understanding and building user relationships. As you gain more work experience, you can choose a specialty that emphasizes technical expertise or a management path that emphasizes leadership and communication skills along with planning and implementation of complex projects.
