Haley Gathering System
Overview
The Haley Gathering System is owned and operated by Western Gas Partners, LP and consists of 97 miles of high-pressure pipeline in Loving County, Texas. The gas on the Haley Gathering System can be delivered into multiple outlets. Enterprise GC, L.P. borders the west side of the system and Southern Union Energy Services Company is to the east, both of which redeliver into Oasis Texas Pipe Line, L.P. A dehydration facility and interconnect with El Paso Natural Gas was established in July 2006. The El Paso point can handle volumes up to 150 MMcf/d at pressures of approximately 800 psig, bringing the total capacity of the system to approximately 280 MMcf/d. Volumes in 2007 have exceeded 200 MMcf/d. Gathering fees are established with shippers under contractual arrangements negotiated by AGC.
