MIGC System

Overview

Owned and operated by Western Gas Partners, LP, the MIGC system is a 256-mile interstate pipeline regulated by FERC and operating within the Powder River Basin of Wyoming. MIGC provides a backbone interstate pipeline system in the Powder River Basin from north to south, extending from Recluse to Glenrock, Wyoming. As a result, the MIGC system is perfectly positioned to provide transportation for the extensive natural gas volumes received from various gathering systems and conventional gas processing plants throughout the Powder River Basin. MIGC offers both forward-haul and backhaul transportation services and is certificated for 175 MMcf/d of firm transportation capacity.
