Mitchell-Puckett / Gomez Facilities
Overview
The West Texas Treating Facility includes the Gomez and Mitchell-Puckett Plants and 550 miles of gathering system. The Gomez Plant has a treating capacity of 150 MMcf/d. The plant uses a solution called CS3, which is a proprietary amine compound used for treating. Residue deliveries are available to Oasis, Enterprise (PG&E) and Duke Guadalupe.
The Mitchell-Puckett Plant has a treating capacity of 160 MMcf/d and uses the Selexol process for removal of CO2. Revenues are generated by gathering and treating gas containing an average 35% CO2. The plant is currently treating an average of 42 MMcf/d with residue deliveries to Northern Natural.
