Gulf of Mexico Storm Update

We are returning all personnel to our Gulf of Mexico operations. Production has been resumed at all facilities that were temporarily shut in, and we anticipate ramping up volumes as third-party pipelines allow. This will be our final update associated with Tropical Storm Cindy.

As the weather system has moved away from our facilities in the Gulf of Mexico, we have begun the process of returning personnel to our operations. We will resume and ramp up production at those facilities that were temporarily shut in as third-party pipelines allow.

As a result of third-party pipeline shut ins, we temporarily ceased production at our operated Marlin, Holstein and Heidelberg facilities on June 20. As of this morning, Heidelberg is partially back on line, and we expect to resume and ramp up production at each these facilities as the weather system passes and pipelines allow.

We have completed the removal of our non-essential personnel from the Gulf of Mexico, and all of our operated facilities remain operational at this time. We are continuing to monitor the weather system as it moves through the Gulf and are prepared to shut in our operated facilities if necessary to ensure the safety of our personnel and to protect the environment.

We are closely monitoring Tropical Disturbance 6 as it moves across the southern and central Gulf of Mexico. As a precautionary measure, we are removing non-essential personnel from our facilities in the Gulf of Mexico. Although there have been no impacts to production at this time, we are prepared to shut in our facilities if necessary to ensure the safety of our personnel and to protect the environment.
