Following Hurricane Nate, we have safely re-staffed our operated facilities, and pre-storm activities have resumed.  

This will be our final Flash Feed update on Hurricane Nate.

Hurricane Nate has passed through the Gulf, and we have begun the process of safely redeploying personnel to our operated facilities. We expect to resume production as quickly and safely as possible.

We continue to closely monitor the path of Tropical Storm Nate. To ensure the safety of our people and protection of the environment, we have taken the following actions:

  • We have removed all personnel from Horn Mountain and shut in production.
  • We have shut in production at Constitution, Heidelberg, Holstein, Lucius, Marco Polo, Marlin, and we are in the process of removing all personnel from these facilities.
  • We continue to monitor the storm, and are prepared to remove additional personnel and shut in other operated facilities if necessary.

We are closely monitoring the weather conditions associated with Tropical Storm Nate, and based on the current track, we have taken the following actions:

  • We have removed all personnel from Horn Mountain and shut in production.
  • We plan to remove all personnel and shut in production at Marlin on Friday.
  • We are removing all non-essential personnel from our Constitution, Holstein, Lucius and Marco Polo platforms today.
  • We continue to monitor the storm, and are prepared to remove additional personnel and shut in other operated facilities if necessary to ensure the safety of our people and protect the environment.

We will provide another update tomorrow afternoon.
