2012 Success
Anadarko continued to achieve an industry-leading success rate in its deepwater exploration and appraisal drilling programs during 2011. The company was successful on 67 percent of its deepwater wells in 2012, maintaining a five-year average above 70 percent. This included two of the world's largest discoveries according to IHS Energy, at the Golfinho and Atum prospects offshore Mozambique.
