A Great Place to Work

Anadarko assesses employee satisfaction through a variety of surveys, most notably the national Top Workplaces survey from WorkplaceDynamics that compiles confidential employee responses on topics including direction, pay and benefits, managers, career, and working conditions. Results of the survey provide valuable feedback for the company to identify areas for improvement through new training and engagement programs with employees throughout the organization.

In 2014, Anadarko was named Houston’s Top Workplace for the fourth time in five years.

Most recently, Anadarko ranked #32 among Business Insider’s 50 Best Companies to Work for in America. According to Business Insider, the rankings are based on high job satisfaction, low job stress, ability to telecommute, high job meaning, experienced median pay and salary delta.
